Bio

Living and working in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Jim Unger, who views himself as a ‘blue collar artist’, works primarily in metals with an emphasis on copper, taking it to new and unexpected places with the addition of rich colour and warm patinas. With a background in woodworking and cabinetry, his work has evolved from simple garden objects to large sculptures and contemporary works of art.
