Nelson-based artist Nathan Smith started working with metal in 2003, and in 2006, launched his own business Sunsmith Design. Known for his sculptural sundials and large-scale public art installations throughout BC and Alberta, he is inspired by nature and beautiful design, blending modern metalwork with curves and flair. He finds joy in the creative process of designing and fabricating original art.
